Job Overview

Position Summary
Riverbend Residential Care Home is a family-owned establishment dedicated to providing compassionate care to our residents. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time team members to join our devoted staff.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication management (training provided).

We are particularly interested in filling leadership positions for the 2-10 PM shift and three 6-2 day shift leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Our team members engage in diverse tasks, all aimed at ensuring the well-being of our residents. We emphasize the importance of personal, social, and emotional support, as well as maintaining the home environment as one would for their own family.

Staff members are responsible for meeting residents' needs, which include personal care, laundry, room cleaning, meal preparation, and more. We also provide training for staff interested in medication administration.

We are looking for individuals who are committed to long-term employment and who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in reading and writing
- A clean background check, free from felony or abuse-related offenses
- Certification as LNA/CNA is preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals, including those with LPN experience.

We value healthy work habits, a kind and composed demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with our dedicated team. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute are essential.

- Experience as a Medication Technician
- Background in hands-on caregiving
