Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of daily restaurant operations, including floor management and team leadership
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional working relationship with team members and management
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained at all times
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities, including inventory control and scheduling
  • Support the hiring and training of new team members, as well as conduct restaurant administrative tasks

Requirements
  • Must be able to stand during entire shift
  • Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
  • Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and product items
  • Frequent washing of hands

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality setting

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year plus bonuses
