Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily restaurant operations, including floor management and team leadership
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional working relationship with team members and management
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained at all times
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, including inventory control and scheduling
- Support the hiring and training of new team members, as well as conduct restaurant administrative tasks
Requirements
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and product items
- Frequent washing of hands
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality setting
