  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on our products and services, including digital banking options, and assist them in selecting the best solutions for their financial goals.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers with problem resolution, including resolving issues with accounts, transactions, and other banking-related matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using a computer and other banking systems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: Salary range: $34,751 - $41,211 per year.
