Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy principles.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, adhering to the profession's high standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
Qualifications:
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center.
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with kids.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
