Energy Efficiency Sales Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our growing team in New Jersey. As an Outside Sales Representative at Tenlight Energy, you will have the opportunity to work with businesses like grocery stores, restaurants, institutions, and more to help them save on energy costs by upgrading their refrigeration, lighting, and HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with excellent communication and people skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and promote our energy efficiency solutions. In return, you can expect a lucrative income potential, with top performers earning over $100,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of commercial energy efficiency solutions to existing and new clients
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on long-term revenue growth
What We Offer
- Base Pay: $49,000/year + 4.5% commission on all sales
