- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new deposit and liquidity products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the deposit and liquidity markets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and sales teams.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our deposit and liquidity products and teams.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure that our deposit and liquidity products are aligned with our risk tolerance and regulatory requirements.
- Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to drive cultural and process changes within our teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 9+ years of experience in deposit and liquidity product management, with a strong background in product development, market research, and stakeholder management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of deposit and liquidity products, including product design, functionality, and related policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge of market trends, opportunities, and challenges in the deposit and liquidity markets.
- Competitive Salary: $128,000 - $238,000 per year.
