Job Title: Women's Health Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Women's Health Ambassador to join our team at Precision Compounding Pharmacy. As a key member of our Growth department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our women's health products and services to direct-to-consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote women's health products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the women's health sector
  • Prepare and present clinical information about products to ensure effective communication of their value to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clinical, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and foster relationships with industry influencers and key opinion leaders
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on ROI and key performance indicators
  • Act as the face of the brand on social media, effectively communicating product benefits and engaging with the audience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of clinical experience in marketing
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Prior experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) healthcare companies in the women's health space
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
