Job SummaryWe are seeking an Administrative Fellow to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Execute projects and initiatives to drive business results
- Engage in professional and career development to enhance leadership skills
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with company executives and key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or health services administration
- Experience in hospital operations or an administrative internship
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations
- Ability to define project objectives, identify stakeholders, plan steps, and allocate resources to achieve objectives
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
