Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Sales Associate to join our team at Carrier Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business customers and clients to promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products.
  • Provide superior customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
  • Work closely with internal customers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Uphold environmental health and safety standards, following safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.

About Us: Carrier Enterprise is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world. We proudly distribute industry-leading brands such as Carrier, Bryant, Payne, GREE, and other brands of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, as well as a full line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.
  • Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required.
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
  • Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
  • Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires.
