**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop new methods for molecular and immunological testing.
  • Integrate assays into prototype medical devices.
  • Purify enzymes in-house using advanced techniques.
  • Conduct intellectual property searches and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Maintain the E-Lab Notebook with up-to-date records.
  • Manage tasks such as procurement and payments using the SAP system.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Microbiology, Molecular or Cell Biology, Immunology.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in research and development.
  • Ability to handle ordering and payment using the SAP system.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about R&D work.
  • Experience in molecular assay development with clinical or environmental samples.
  • Proficient in primer and probe design.
  • Experience in Python script-based bioinformatics is an advantage.
  • Experience in Escherichia coli or insect cells protein expression system.
  • Familiarity with enzyme purification techniques.
