Position Overview:


The Supply Chain Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the inventory management system to ensure efficient business operations and optimal service delivery.

This role includes managing customer interactions and supply chain workflows to uphold high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the issuance and return of materials and supplies from the inventory or for special orders.
  • Conduct various tasks related to inventory management, including performing annual stock assessments and providing monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness within the inventory area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procure materials and supplies for both stock and non-stock purposes, including liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Supervise the inventory management team, ensuring staff are adequately trained in all operational processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, adhering to proper receiving, storage, quality assurance, and internal control protocols. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the inventory management system.


Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification:
  • No specific licensure or certification is required.

Experience:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain operations, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lawson ERP system.

Work Environment:

This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, and is primarily onsite. The work schedule is during night hours.
