Clinical Network Strategist

The Clinical Network Strategist will develop and implement effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais's Networks of Care. This role requires strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities, with a proven track record in sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
About the Role
This is a hybrid opportunity for the Greater San Francisco market, requiring travel to the Oakland office and Physician Offices as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and researching potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Delivering full cycle relationships from initiation to onboarding of new providers, including executing agreements, credentialing, and other applicable tasks.
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with new prospective physicians, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conducting service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers, effectively conveying value propositions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our services and offerings, staying updated on any developments and being able to effectively communicate them.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building, and presentation skills.
- The ability to apply critical thinking in your work approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
