We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Physician Services Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to physicians and office staff, monitoring physician participation from entry through their tenure with Altais, and advocating for current and future products, services, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of physician office operations, including interfaces and interdependencies between offices, health plans, and IPAs.

Salary:$67,000 - $85,000 per year, based on education, skills, and experience

About Your Team

You will work with a high-performing, fast-growing, and dynamic Network Development team, consisting of over 4,000 physicians across 40 cities in California, serving more than 500,000 patients. As our new Physician Services Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating internal and external meetings to discuss and resolve relevant issues, promoting positive relationships between providers and Altais.

  • Educate physician practices on new and existing policies and procedures, including medical management review processes, claims payment policies, and clinical coding processes.
  • Review existing policies to ensure compliance, troubleshoot provider issues, and identify non-compliant providers.
