- Providing menus and roll-ups promptly to guests upon their arrival.
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring all details are noted.
- Assisting with food running and maintaining table cleanliness by pre-bussing.
- Enhancing sales through effective suggestions and product knowledge.
- Managing cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
