LPN Ambulatory Care Opportunity

Landmark Hospitals is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an ambulatory care setting. As a LPN, you will work closely with specialists in various disciplines to provide direct care for patients and manage their conditions under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care for patients and management of their conditions under the direction of a Registered Nurse, particularly with regard to vital signs, lab work, and education
• Collaborate with Physicians, RN's and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
• Contributes to the safe and effective operation of the nursing unit

Requirements:
• Hospital experience, acute care / LTAC preferred
