About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of our menu items and services.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Act as an advocate for our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for our guests and developing relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Support your team members by providing assistance and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge of our menu, wine, and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform various tasks, including setup and breakdown of stations, opening bottled wine, and assisting with seating and bussing tables.
  • Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to learn, retain, and present product information to guests.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn our restaurant POS system is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
  • Highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off and 401k plans to eligible employees. Our hourly pay range for this role is $19.61 plus tips, and we may offer additional compensation based on performance and experience.
