Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients, providing accurate and timely information regarding their policies and coverage.
  • Policy Administration: Process policy changes, amendments, and cancellations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Claims Handling: Investigate and resolve claims in a fair and timely manner, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Insurance License: Hold an active 4-40 (Insurance Customer Service Representative license) or be willing to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
