Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing legendary customer service to all customers, creating a positive and memorable experience through prompt service, correct solutions, and friendly advice on our products.
Key Responsibilities- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Koffee Kult Coffee Roasters.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
- Assist with new member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the manager.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with the customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure partners can locate resources and products as needed.
- Provide customer service in a timely fashion using the Koffee Kult customer experience portal.
- Ensure customer orders are processed and liaise with the Koffee Kult production department to ensure timely shipment.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and special events.
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Have 3-5 years of office or customer service work experience.
- Be available to perform many different tasks as assigned.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Read and write English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.
- $15-20/hr starting pay.
- Pay rate increase after completion of 90 days with review.
- 14 PTO/vacation days after one year of employment.
- All the coffee you can drink.
