Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing legendary customer service to all customers, creating a positive and memorable experience through prompt service, correct solutions, and friendly advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Koffee Kult Coffee Roasters.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
  • Assist with new member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the manager.
  • Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure partners can locate resources and products as needed.
  • Provide customer service in a timely fashion using the Koffee Kult customer experience portal.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and liaise with the Koffee Kult production department to ensure timely shipment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and special events.
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
  • Have 3-5 years of office or customer service work experience.
  • Be available to perform many different tasks as assigned.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Read and write English; Spanish is a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships.
Benefits
  • $15-20/hr starting pay.
  • Pay rate increase after completion of 90 days with review.
  • 14 PTO/vacation days after one year of employment.
