Sales Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Engineer to join our team at Dunham-Bush USA LLC.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities in assigned territories, achieving sales targets, and maintaining profit margins.
This includes becoming knowledgeable with products and software, making selections from specifications, preparing quotations, and following up on all sales-related matters.
Main Responsibilities- Become fully acquainted with our product offerings and software solutions.
- Select the most suitable options from provided specifications and schedules.
- Prepare detailed quotations for sales representatives, including relevant catalogs and information.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all quotations, proposals, and sales-related matters.
- Upon receipt of purchase orders, prepare orders for factory production and coordinate submittals.
- Monitor production schedules from the factory and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Develop strategies to increase sales within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with contractors, sales reps, and distributors to expand sales opportunities.
- Pursue new clients and sales opportunities while expanding market reach.
- Moderate travel may be required to promote new business opportunities and cultivate existing relationships.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC industry practices and engineering principles.
- Excellent selling and closing skills, negotiation, and objection management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive, innovative, team-oriented, and analytical individual.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Patient and detail-focused.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
- Three to five years of relevant working experience is an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
