Role Summary:

The Patient Care Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fulfilling Liv Health's mission by offering essential support to both the Concierges and patients, ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients and concierges by managing communications, generating reports for management, and aiding in the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the company’s electronic messaging system, engaging directly with patients to address inquiries and provide updates regarding order statuses and patient profiles.
  • Utilize communication platforms to share project updates with management and Concierges.
  • Provide administrative assistance within the company’s electronic medical records system for patient documentation and orders.
  • Facilitate laboratory orders as requested by physicians.
  • Monitor patient orders and shipping statuses, offering updates as necessary.
  • Submit prescription orders to pharmacies on behalf of healthcare providers.
  • Record activities in patient charts accurately.
  • Engage with patients through various communication channels.
  • Generate regular reports on sales and order activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
