Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
