We are excited to invite dedicated and skilled early childhood educators to become part of our Preschool and Parents' Morning Out initiative at JW Affinity IT. In this role, you will engage with young learners aged 9 months to four years, fostering their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the classroom environment 30 minutes prior to the start of the day.
  • Greet families and children warmly during arrival.
  • Facilitate engaging activities tailored for young children.
  • Organize and supply necessary materials for daily educational tasks.
  • Support children with diaper changes and assist in potty-training efforts.
  • Adhere to established security protocols for child check-in and check-out.
  • Encourage participation in the curriculum through interactive engagement.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the program Director.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory.
  • Preferred: Certification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Demonstrated skills in infant/toddler care, child engagement, and classroom oversight.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and effective teamwork are essential.
  • A positive demeanor and adaptability in a classroom environment.
Compensation and Employment Details:
  • Pay Rate: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.
  • Sector: Child Care.
  • Employment Type: Part-time.
