Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Professional to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our Project Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering document management activities related to identification, control, and change documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain document control systems for all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure contract requirements are met
  • Ensure documents meet standards for production
  • Subject Matter Expert for document control systems implemented
  • Assure project participants are trained in practical application of systems
  • General administrative responsibilities within the document control function

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Document Control experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents
  • Proven experience with Aconex, SharePoint, industry standard EDMS and MS Office
  • Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel within the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
