Planet Interactive is seeking a Marketing Product Strategist to collaborate with our HR Tech client on a contract basis. This position entails a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement based out of their offices in Lowell, MA or Westin, FL.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of messaging and materials that align industry workforce needs with company offerings, showcasing the value and advantages for diverse buyer personas across various sectors.
  • Craft industry-tailored messaging to support multiple campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with demand generation, field marketing, public relations, digital marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders. Activities include webinars, direct mail campaigns, website content, trade shows, and special events.
  • Produce compelling sales tools and marketing materials such as white papers, briefs, eBooks, infographics, presentations, and other content tailored for different industries.
  • Provide ongoing education about company products to connect industry challenges with effective solutions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Industry Executive Summit, including agenda development, content creation, and speaker coordination.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of select trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
  • Support individual sales initiatives and prospecting strategies, including responses to RFPs, messaging guidance, presentation development, and account-specific materials.
  • Collaborate with industry sales leaders to identify market opportunities and priorities, developing programs, events, and initiatives that enhance company visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Work alongside sales and demand generation teams on account-based marketing strategies.
  • Communicate marketing initiatives to sales partners through regular newsletters, calls, and meetings.
  • Engage cross-functionally with departments that support the vertical sales team on various projects and events.
  • Update internal sales collaboration platforms as needed.
  • Identify customers willing to participate in advocacy projects such as speaking engagements, webinars, customer stories, or blogs, and support them throughout the process.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, challenges, and priorities to enhance the company's ability to address workforce-related issues.
  • Understand industry and HCM buyer personas to effectively communicate the company's relevance.
  • Collaborate with Social, Customer Marketing, and PR teams on social media campaigns that highlight industry expertise.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing, preferably within the Public Sector, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing and/or sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to translate concepts into customer value.
  • Demonstrated interest in understanding consumer motivations and influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience presenting to both small and large groups, both virtually and in-person.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
