About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for mobile, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product teams, to deliver high-quality features and products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and translate those insights into actionable product plans.
  • Develop and manage product metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and product success metrics.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, including product teams, engineering, and design.
  • Lead discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to validate opportunities and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, tech, design, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager role in an agile environment, with SaaS experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering features on time, with quality, and value.
  • Familiarity with software development methods, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing, and agile development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a team abroad.
  • Mobile development experience.
  • Familiarity with mapping user flows and understanding how people use complex products or broad suites.
  • Ability to work independently to define and prioritize product features.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about product management.
  • Inclusive and supportive of others with different perspectives and backgrounds.
