Job Summary:

As a Community Relations Director at Merrill Gardens, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining a high occupancy percentage. You will maintain the sales tracking system for the community and keep the General Manager (GM) and Director of Sales informed of trends. You will work closely with the GM and Business Office Director (BOD) to ensure accurate reporting of community census via integrated CRM/accounting system (Yardi).

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieves and maintains a high occupancy percentage.
* Maintains the sales tracking system for the community and keeps the General Manager (GM) and Director of Sales informed of trends.

Requirements:

* Four-year degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
* Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.
