Job Summary

Necco, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foster Care Program Director to lead our Foster Care Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child welfare, program management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive program profit and growth through effective supervision, oversight, and support of program staff.
  • Ensure financial stability and increase program capacity through fiscal year projections, budget development, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Treatment Director and Clinical Team Leaders to ensure quality clinical services and transparency of critical incidents.
  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans to drive program growth.
  • Monitor quality and completion of all administrative and clinical paperwork.
  • Provide oversight of authorizations, maintain consistent contact with review entities, and ensure timely responses to referral agencies.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork and existing employee paperwork is completed in its entirety and employee files are up to date and accurate.
  • Oversee the communication and implementation of Necco policies and procedures.
  • Be a data-driven champion by promoting and designing initiatives to improve individual, team, and company Balanced Scorecard Results.
  • Oversee the placement and home assignment process for new staff.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a human services field with a minimum of two years of experience (Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio).
  • Master's degree required or complete waiver process (Georgia).
  • Master's degree with one year of paid experience or DCS approval through waiver (Indiana).
  • Two years of experience in a supervisory or program management role.
  • Required basic understanding of Medicaid documentation requirements.
  • Required experience working with high-risk children in a child placing and adoption organization.
  • Valid driver's license and 100/300/100 required auto insurance coverage.
  • Excellent computer skills, ability to learn new skills and/or programs.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
  • Travel/training willingness.
