Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Assist the maintenance director in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
