We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in the Sacramento, CA area. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading structural design and project management efforts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of structural engineers and mentor junior engineers
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions for complex projects
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
Requirements
  • 8-15+ years of experience in structural design and/or project management
  • Licensed PE in California; SE preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Enercalc, RISA 3D, RAM, SAP2000, and spMats
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
