Your Profile

You are an ambitious sales executive with a talent for cultivating high-achieving teams. You take pride in your team's accomplishments and possess several years of frontline sales experience, adept at transitioning between direct sales coaching and recruitment. You thrive in customer interactions and maintain a personable demeanor.

Position Overview

This position reports to the regional consumer sales division and is tasked with enhancing the market penetration of our fiber optic broadband offerings within the designated residential area. We seek a proven leader to drive performance and achieve results across various channels, including Door-to-Door (D2D), residential agents, multifamily units, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of internal and contract sales representatives (D2D, multifamily, and community outreach); consistently monitor and enhance results each month through motivation, team expansion, and vendor collaboration.
  • Allocate territories to sales representatives while overseeing KPIs and sales activities within the assigned region.
  • Innovate strategies and methods to reach a broader audience with fiber optic internet services.
  • Travel as required, up to 25% of the time.
  • Outperform competitors and ensure customer satisfaction daily.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales with a proven track record.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and generate accurate sales trends, forecasts, and identify opportunities within KPIs.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence others effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, lean organization.
