Job Summary

Medline, a leading provider of advanced wound and skin care solutions, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Skin and Wound Care sales team based in Orlando, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers in Acute Care facilities within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow targeted accounts and increase sales revenue;
  • Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the Medline sales force to identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions for clients;
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business conditions within accounts and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Act as a Product Specialist, working closely with sales reps to promote Medline's product portfolio and provide product training and support;
  • Interact with clinicians to communicate product choices and conduct product evaluations, trials, and in-services;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, preferably in medical sales or a related field;
  • 2-5 years of successful business-to-business outside sales experience, with a track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment;
  • Comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with healthcare providers on site;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to learn and present multiple product lines;
  • Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
