Are you prepared to steer and influence the trajectory of our organization? Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the executive leadership team.

  • Supervise labor relations agreements to promote equitable practices and operational efficiency.
  • Uphold and enforce safety regulations across all operations.
  • Oversee fleet management to ensure maintenance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

  • Enhance profitability while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee timely and effective service execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, ideally within a relevant industry.
  • Proficient in labor relations management, safety processes, fleet oversight, profitability assessment, and service execution.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
