Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring emergency interventions.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Lead and Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects, focusing on patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Develop and Maintain Clinical Expertise: Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices, guidelines, and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate Effectively: Engage in open and respectful communication with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in North Carolina and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: One year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department or critical care setting.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
