About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at Oracle Defunct. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing NetSuite customers and identifying opportunities to expand our cloud-based business operations system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with existing NetSuite customers to ensure continued adoption and expansion of our cloud-based business operations system.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and identify opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives and develop solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a cloud-based software environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
