Job Title: Mortgage Executive

Join BankTalent HQ as a Mortgage Executive and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of financial expertise, communication skills, and business acumen. As a Mortgage Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating outside referrals, analyzing data, and making recommendations to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Outside Referrals: Develop relationships with realtors, builders, and financial planners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Analyze Data and Make Recommendations: Use financial data and industry knowledge to provide clients with personalized advice and guidance.
  • Assist Clients: Help clients navigate the mortgage process, from application to closing, and ensure a smooth and successful experience.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines, as well as real estate market trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma with previous banking and/or financial experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years mortgage lending experience preferred.
  • Licenses: Hold applicable licenses, as required.
  • Skills: Accurate typing, spelling, and grammar skills; good written and oral communication skills; good organizational skills; interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way.
Work Environment:

As a Mortgage Executive, you will work from your auto, office, and home, with extensive travel required. You must be able to work independently and take initiative to exercise judgment and make decisions within the scope of your authority.
