* Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and safety standards
* Ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards

* Monitor production metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets
* Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance departments to ensure product integrity
* Maintain accurate records and reports on production activities and inventory

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality control processes
* Experience in solid (capsule or tablet) dosage manufacturing and liquid form dosage manufacturing
* Must understand drug product cGMP and quality systems
* Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in process improvement
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Familiarity with manufacturing software and inventory management systems is a plus
