Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruiting and onboarding functions, as well as general HR support. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including organizing recruiting events, new hire orientation, and supporting the robust internship program.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize weekly New Hire Orientation, including gathering documentation, sending emails, and facilitating orientation.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, producing information, and tracking pre-employment screening.
- Assist with the College Recruitment program, including scheduling events, staffing, and maintaining relationships with schools.
- Prepare presentations, charts, and reports for meetings, including recruitment-related logs and metrics.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) data and new hire reporting.
- Organize and maintain the Associate Referral Program.
- Process invoices and create POs for the division.
- Handle unemployment claims in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Assist with projects relating to systems and process improvements.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for the division.
Requirements
- High school degree required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment, ideally in HR or recruiting.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to interact with associates at all levels.
