Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Austin. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales and operations teams to achieve profitability and growth. You will be responsible for implementing a business strategy that ensures profitability through sales growth, effective cost control, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and operations teams to achieve profitability and growth
  • Implement a business strategy that ensures profitability through sales growth, effective cost control, and operational excellence
  • Manage Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability in all areas of the operation
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage inventory control and purchasing processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in sales and operations management
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the building materials industry is a major plus
  • Experience leading sales and operations teams
  • Experience managing Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability
