About the Role:

As a Trauma ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients and their families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including admission and discharge processes, and will serve as a resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within 60 days of employment start date.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of employment start date.
