As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our Trauma ICU, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of employment start date.
