Position Summary:

As a Rental Associate, you will be pivotal in driving sales through exceptional guest service, assisting customers with their rental needs, and ensuring they have the necessary gear for an unforgettable outdoor adventure.

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.00/hour
  • Shift & Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
  • Skill Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service at our retail locations.
  • Assist guests in selecting appropriate equipment - training will be provided.
  • Educate guests on the use of rental equipment, safety protocols, and their responsibilities during the rental period.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • Perform additional tasks such as cashiering and retail sales as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and trends in the industry.
  • Ability to remain active and engaged in a team-oriented environment for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required.

A Rental Associate is a versatile team member who may take on various roles across departments to support the overall resort experience, which may include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Assistance
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour. This reflects the compensation we expect to offer for this role, with individual pay determined by various factors.
