Job Description:

We seek an experienced Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This role will involve working with kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, and high school students, promoting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Deaf and Hard of Hearing students using specialized techniques and strategies
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher within the last 3 years
  • Valid Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher credential/license or in process
  • Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities
