We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Ambulatory Pharmacy team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacists in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately create and maintain patient profiles in the pharmacy computer system
  • Register patients and enter prescription orders into the system
  • Assist patients, family members, and employees with prescription drop-offs and set pick-up expectations
  • Assist pharmacists in filling prescription orders, compounding non-sterile products, and dispensing prescriptions
  • Handle phone calls from patients and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • MA Pharmacy Technician license
  • Current pharmacy technician registration in good standing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy or eligibility for registration
  • Minimum one year of experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred)
