Job Title: HVAC Commercial Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team at ES Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and proposing replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, chillers, rooftop package units, Energy Management, temperature control systems, and related piping and electrical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of HVAC equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems
  • Communicate with clients on proper operation and maintenance of installed equipment
  • Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, and observations
  • Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals
  • Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Accurately list and order materials and supplies
  • Work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures
  • Efficiently manage time and schedules
  • Constantly learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees
  • Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance
  • Work, drive safely, and recognize and avoid dangerous situations
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of HVAC products and services
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and schedules
  • Ability to constantly learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees
