Electrical Hardware Design Engineer with EPLAN
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Hardware Design Engineer with experience in EPLAN to join our team at Apptad Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical hardware systems using EPLAN software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Develop and maintain wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Work with automation systems, including industrial, automotive, process, and pharmaceutical plants.
- Lead a small team of electrical hardware design engineers.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in electrical hardware design.
- Proficiency in EPLAN software.
- Experience with control systems hardware design, wiring diagram design, and electrical schematic preparation.
- Valid permit/visa status to work in the USA at Ohio.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other software for electrical wiring and schematics design.
- Experience with outsourcing companies or engineering services companies.
- Knowledge of communication protocols used in the industry, such as MODBUS, PROFIBUS, and ETHERNET.
- Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC, and HMI trouble shooting or programming.
