Job Title: Digital Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our team at Envista. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the digital dentistry segment. This role will require a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent sales and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned region
- Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy
- Partner with local sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities
- Build and lead personalized customer presentations on our digital workflow
- Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory and region goals
- Assess and communicate regional sales trends
- Become a technical expert in the workflows associated with our digital products
- Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for customer engagement
- Work trade shows and customer marketing & education events
- Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree in Business or similar preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience within Envista or equivalent dental/medical company, or 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Successful track record in B2B sales
- Proficiency with and/or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize technical equipment and software
- Team player who can work independently
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and closing skills - strong ability to influence others
- Hunter-mindset - actively approaching customer prospects
