Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at FirstElement Fuel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. A CPA license and experience working with a global accounting firm are also required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the accounting staff and overseeing the financial close process
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and mentorship
  • Developing and presenting training programs to facilitate new or changes in processes, procedures, and internal controls
  • Preparing financial statements and technical accounting memorandums
  • Inspecting account books for efficiency, accuracy, and controls
  • Presenting summaries of financial information to C-suite executives
  • Coordinating with external auditors to complete annual audits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $145,000, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with 6% employer match, life insurance, PTO, and a committed work environment.
