Position Summary:

As a Paid Media Advertising Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our patient recruitment initiatives for clinical trials. Your role will involve utilizing your digital advertising expertise to design and execute strategic campaigns across various online platforms, ensuring we effectively reach and engage potential participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement paid media advertising strategies aimed at attracting patients for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp study goals, target audiences, and messaging needs.
  • Leverage platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to connect with prospective participants.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign performance.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target demographics and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing paid media advertising campaigns, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
  • Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
