About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Youth Development Specialist to provide direct treatment services in a clinic setting, working with clients of all ages.

The successful candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including skills training and goal-setting, as well as provide counseling and psychotherapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial interviews with clients and their families to gather information for diagnostic purposes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests, and complete clinical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and complete required reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Two years of relevant mental health experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (or willing to begin certification process).
  • Valid Oregon Driver's license and ability to pass a criminal history check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time exempt position with an attractive benefit package, including paid time off, medical plan, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long-term disability insurance, retirement benefits, and more. The estimated monthly salary range for this role is $5,168.10 - $7,317.19 (non-licensed), $5,466.82 - $8,411.98 (licensed).
