Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at our Cenex Zip Trip convenience store location in Billings, MT. As a Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and efficient experience during their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating customers professionally and greeting them promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with browsing inventory and checking out items at the counter, performing cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Display and organize products in the store for easy customer access, maintaining the appearance of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on the shelves.
  • Monitor customers to assist the store in loss prevention, authorizing gas station pump payments, and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of retail and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment, such as cash registers and time and record-keeping systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
